The more you order, the more you save: 5% off 10 or more and 10% off 20 or more. The discount comes off automatically in your bag and at checkout, with no code needed, and it counts every item in your bag, so you can mix picks, capos and pick boxes.

Email us before you order. For larger orders we may be able to offer a bigger discount than 10%, and we’ll agree an engraving and delivery date with you. Email us too for gift sets in bulk, more than 500 items, or anything you need by a certain date.

Every item is engraved to order. Pick a product to choose your quantity and engraving.
How bulk ordering works
- Choose a product and open its bulk order page.
- Choose how many (up to 500), then how to engrave them: Same on every one or A different name on each.
- Design it in our live preview: text, one of our designs or your own logo, in the wood or finish you want.
- Add to bag. Your bulk discount comes off automatically in your bag, and we email you if anything in your artwork or names list needs checking before we engrave.

Two ways to engrave a bulk order
Same on every one
Choose how many you need and design the engraving once: a band or school logo, initials and a date, or a short message. Every item is engraved identically.
A different name on each
Choose how many, then type a name in each numbered box. Got a list already? Use Paste a list to add them all at once (one name per line, up to 20 characters each) and the quantity changes to match. Every item gets its own name, using the same design, lettering and wood, and you can tap any name to see it on the preview.
Questions
Is there a minimum order for bulk?
No. You can use the bulk order page for any quantity from 1 to 500. Discounts start at 10 items: 5% off 10 or more and 10% off 20 or more.
How do I get the bulk discount?
It comes off automatically, with no code needed, as soon as your bag has 10 or more items. You'll see the saving in your bag and again at checkout. It counts every item, so a mix of picks, capos and pick boxes all counts towards it.
Can every item have a different name?
Yes. Choose how many, pick A different name on each, then type the names or paste your list. We engrave each name on its own item.
Can you engrave our logo?
Yes. Upload a PNG, JPG, SVG or PDF up to 20 MB in the designer. Black and white logos with clear lines engrave best, and we check every file before engraving.
How long do bulk orders take?
Small orders are usually engraved and dispatched within 1 working day. Larger orders can take longer to engrave, so if you need them by a certain date, get in touch before you order.
Do you do gift sets in bulk?
Our bulk order pages cover picks, capos and pick boxes. For gift sets in quantity, get in touch and we'll help.
Do you offer a bigger discount for large orders?
For 50 or more, email us before you order. We may be able to offer a bigger discount than our standard 10%, and we'll agree an engraving and delivery date with you. The same goes for orders of more than 500. Get in touch with what you need.
