Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We engrave quickly, so once engraving has started we can't change or cancel the order.

We deliver across the UK and the EU, and to selected countries worldwide including the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland, Norway, the UAE, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia and Israel.

UK: Standard £2.95, or free on orders of £25 and over. Express £3.95.
EU: £3.95, or free on orders of £35 and over. Rest of world: £5.95, or free on orders of £45 and over.

Orders are engraved and dispatched within 1 working day, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

Once your order is dispatched, we'll email you a confirmation with tracking details where your delivery service includes them.

Engraved items are made to order, so they can't be returned unless they arrive faulty or we made a mistake with your engraving. Items without engraving can be returned unused within 30 days. This doesn't affect your statutory rights. See our refund policy.

Email us with your order number and a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you.

Once your return arrives and has been checked, we refund to your original payment method within 14 days.

Choose Modern, Classic or Script lettering in Small, Medium or Large. The live preview on each product page shows exactly how your engraving will look before you order.

Yes. Choose Upload your own on the product page and add a PNG, JPG, SVG or PDF up to 20 MB. Black-and-white artwork with clear outlines engraves best. We'll email you if anything needs adjusting before we engrave.

Our custom guitar picks are £6.95 each, including the engraving. Pick boxes are £12.95 to £14.95, capos £8.95, and gift sets with a pick, box and capo start at £26.95.

No. You can order a single personalised pick, pick box or capo.

Our personalised wooden guitar picks come in Walnut, Rosewood, Olive and White Oak. Each one has its own grain, so no two picks look exactly alike.

We make three engraved wooden pick boxes: a square hinged box, an oval box and a guitar-shaped box. All three can be engraved with a name, a message or a design.

Our engraved trigger capos come in Light Wood and Dark Wood finishes, or metal in Silver and Black.

Yes. Our guitar gift sets include a personalised pick, an engraved capo and a matching engraved square, oval or guitar-shaped box.

Yes. Enter the recipient's address at checkout and add a note for us in your bag if you'd like a message included.
